Pioneer Matting

Pioneer provides all the benefits of the Pioneer Classic with the added benefits of increased drainage and maximum cleaning and moisture removal of the double rubber rail.

Available in 15mm 25mm and 50mm depths enables the Pioneer when used with keylocks capable of withstanding 1 tonne/m2 making it ideal for use within airports and other areas with heavy pedestrian or light vehicle traffic.

Easily installed based on our low-density polyethylene hinge the roll up mats will not crack or break when exposed to changes in temperature or UV light.

A heavy duty primary entrance mat designed for both internal and external applications dependant on chosen insert. Design has exceptional performance for both foot and trolley traffic. The mats can be easily shaped using our sophisticated computer templating and cutting equipment and can also include logos.

Design low-density polyethylene mats are quiet and effective
LDPE hinges eliminate clatter and do not shrink or crack when exposed to ultraviolet light and temperature change like vinyl or thermoplastic rubber.
Our tread rails are all-aluminium, stronger and will last longer than rails with plastic components.
Installation can be in a recess with matwell frame or surface mounted together with our ramping profile.
