Low-Density Polyethylene Hinge Mats

A heavy duty primary entrance mat designed for both internal and external applications dependant on chosen insert. Design has exceptional performance for both foot and trolley traffic. The mats can be easily shaped using our sophisticated computer templating and cutting equipment and can also include logos.

Design low-density polyethylene mats are quiet and effective LDPE hinges eliminate clatter and do not shrink or crack when exposed to ultraviolet light and temperature change like vinyl or thermoplastic rubber. Our tread rails are all-aluminium, stronger and will last longer than rails with plastic components. Installation can be in a recess with matwell frame or surface mounted together with our ramping profile.

All architectural finishes are tested to Architectural Finishes BS9837:1991.
