Aqua is a premium insert that has been proven to remove dirt and moisture from shoes three times more effective than other textiles at the same time providing a quality and effective appearance.

The tetralobal shape of its fibres and its tufted construction provide superior strength and rigidity, while its open weave increases absorbency. These features enable it to clean shoes and hold up-to 6.8 litres of water and 6kg of dirt per m2.

We designed Aqua to meet the demands of retail and commercial application. Shopping trolleys glide quietly over the mats while dirt from shoes and wheels gathers in the recess.

Low-Density Polyethylene Hinge Mats A heavy duty primary entrance mat designed for both internal and external applications dependant on chosen insert. Design has exceptional performance for both foot and trolley traffic. The mats can be easily shaped using our sophisticated computer templating and cutting equipment and can also include logos. Design low-density polyethylene mats are quiet and effective LDPE hinges eliminate clatter and do not shrink or crack when exposed to ultraviolet light and temperature change like vinyl or thermoplastic rubber. Our tread rails are all-aluminium, stronger and will last longer than rails with plastic components. Installation can be in a recess with matwell frame or surface mounted together with our ramping profile. All architectural finishes are tested to Architectural Finishes BS9837:1991.
